First of all, I need to apologize - all of your emails went into my junk folder - just saw it today. I ordered two Pope Leo XIV Commemorative Coins, one for my grandson Leo’s Confirmation, and the other for his friend. I ordered a St. Benedict Crucifix Pendent which I love and wear it everyday. It is so special, knowing that the Pope Blessed all of my purchases. The picture of the tray, being blessed, was beyond wonderful, as was knowing the date it was blessed. I will definitely buy more from you in the future. It was so easy to do, plus you exceeded all of my expectations in quality and exceptional service. Mondo Cattolico has the best service! I've used their shipping protection service for very important items (to me of course) and it's given me the peace of mind I need to know we'll have no issues if anything were to happen before delivery.

The bracelet was absolutely beautiful. I bought it as a gift for my best friend for her birthday and the first day she wore it, it fell off her wrist. One of the metal clasps was not closed all the way so we squeezed it to help make it stay better. The next day she texted that it had fallen off/broke again. Then finally two days ago, she texted me that the bracelet broke again and it is now completely gone. She did not notice that it had fallen off her wrist and does not know where it happened therefore the bracelet is gone. I think the issue was just that the metal rings were not closed all the way leaving space for it to come undone.

This is the third time I have ordered from this company. I live in the United States. People are amazed that the gifts I have purchased have a Paper blessing. I received my orders in a very timely fashion.

I chose a traditional olive wood rosary (Bronze-tone Metal Rosary with Olive Wood Beads); however, there are many stunning options. Upon arrival, the quality of the rosary was splendid— I am very, very pleased. I think my hangup is the requested photo. I did ask the company if they could date the photo on the back, and inquired when it would be blessed— they did tell me that it would be blessed on Palm Sunday.

Upon arrival, the photo was not dated per my request (which I put in the request section of the order), there are people and an ambulance blocking much of the view, and the photo itself is quite chaotic. In their videos and photos I have seen shared, it IS busy; however, the people are crowded together and often focused towards one area (The Pope). With it being blessed on Palm Sunday, I did not expect the chaos that is shown in this photo, and there doesn’t appear to be anyone grouped and focusing on anything in particular. It makes me doubt that the photo was even taken during the blessing (if blessed at all), and is just randomly snapped during the day. I realize they are busy and probably have a lot of orders, but do not offer something that you actually cannot fulfill. I thought the photo would be a neat keepsake; however, I am truly disappointed in the photo and see no real value in keeping it. I have just begun my conversion journey, and thought this would be memorable purchase, but I am left sad. Disappointment aside, I am happy with my purchase, and would consider purchasing from them in the future— solely for the item quality— not for the blessing.
