WOODEN TRIPTYCH WITH MATER ECCLESIAE TOTUS TUUS
This wooden triptych depicts Mater Ecclesiae, meaning "Mother of the Church," one of the most cherished Marian images in Catholic devotion. The artwork is enhanced by the inscription "Totus Tuus," a Marian motto expressing complete dedication to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

ORIGIN OF THE DEVOTION TO MATER ECCLESIAE
The title Mater Ecclesiae highlights Mary's role as the spiritual mother of all Christians. Its modern prominence is closely linked to Saint Paul VI, who officially proclaimed Mary as Mother of the Church during the Second Vatican Council.

MEANING AND ICONOGRAPHY
The Virgin Mary is shown holding the Child Jesus, symbolizing her divine motherhood and her loving care for the entire Church. The inscription "Totus Tuus" ("Totally Yours") was the personal motto of Pope John Paul II, inspired by the spirituality of Saint Louis de Montfort. It expresses complete trust in Mary and total dedication to Christ through her guidance. The angels on the side panels symbolize heavenly protection and worship, while the crowns emphasize the kingship of Christ and the queenship of Mary.

HOW TO USE THE TRIPTYCH
Display it on a bedside table, desk, bookshelf, prayer corner, or home altar. The folding panels allow it to be closed for protection and opened during prayer, meditation, or devotional moments.

WHY CHOOSE IT
This triptych combines sacred art, Marian devotion, and a powerful spiritual message. The presence of the Totus Tuus inscription makes it especially meaningful for those devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary and inspired by the spirituality of Saint John Paul II.

WHEN TO GIVE IT AS A GIFT
A meaningful gift for Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, religious anniversaries, house blessings, or for anyone with a special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint John Paul II.
